She founded her own refurbishment company in 1997, buying unmortgageable houses and completely renovating them. As director of a gastro pub chain, she successfully refurbished, repositioned and relaunched failing pubs and was one of the founding directors of Hunters, the Midlands estate agency group.
In recent years Lynda established Pimlico Homes and Citiliving UK, property development companies building a range of homes from large luxury houses to one bedroom starter apartments. She made sure that the properties worked efficiently as well as looking good, including selecting the kitchens and bathrooms and installing the show homes. Her talent has been recognised by the Birmingham Post Interior Design Award and Daily Mail awards.
Lynda is based in Warwickshire but carries out domestic interior design and build projects throughout the Midlands, Cotswolds, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire.
